We want you to love your Wildflower case as much as we do, which is why we offer a 15-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition collaborations and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Case

  Place the unused case back in its original Wildflower box and secure it in a padded mailing envelope.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
